  • Your RacePTL handle and the email on your account.
  • For a race or contest question: the match or contest and roughly when it happened.
  • For a disputed race result, you can also file a dispute from your match history. It is reviewed against the stored server audit record.

Please don’t send passwords, full card numbers or government ID numbers by email.
